There’s been a quiet shift happening behind the scenes. Not one sparked by a new product or a bold rebrand, but by a much deeper, more personal question:

What kind of AI conversation do I want to lead with The AI Enthusiast?

I’ve been building The AI Enthusiast as a platform to explore the potential of artificial intelligence—its tools, its impact on work, and how people can navigate this new terrain. But the more I work in this space, the more I feel that something is missing. Curiosity is no longer enough. Not in a world where the ethical, cultural, and emotional implications of AI are becoming more urgent by the day.

So, I made a choice. I changed direction. And I hope you'll follow me!

I’ve decided to reshape The AI Enthusiast into something more deliberate, more thoughtful, and less focused on tools and training, and more about meaning and leadership. I want this to be a space where people can ask deeper questions, and my partners and I will explore ideas that matter, and engage with AI not just as a technology, but as a mirror for how we live, lead, and relate.

The new focus is grounded in purpose: to support human-centered, ethical, and reflective leadership in the age of AI. I’m no longer interested in helping people move faster—I want to help them move better, purposely.

This shift is deeply personal. I’ve seen too much focus on speed, efficiency, and scale, and too little on accountability, inclusion, and the emotional impact of AI on people’s lives and work. I’ve spoken with leaders who are trying to do the right thing, but feel lost in a sea of hype. I’ve felt that too. And this is my way of responding.

Going forward, everything I share through TAIE will reflect this commitment. The content may look like reflections, essays, frameworks, or thought provocations—but at the core, it’s all in service of asking better questions. How can we lead with more integrity? How do we make AI serve people, not the other way around? What does it mean to build tech that expands dignity instead of eroding it?
